    Hi Guys,

    again I love the VEPRO it´s such a dream come true. 

    But sorry if I missed something before:

    If someone sends me a Special Edition Projekt, Why can´t I load it into VEPRO?

    I dont´have SE but I own the whole Cube, so I own all the samples that SE uses, right?

    How can I Play this Project without hassle?

    Please help urgent.

    Oliver,

    If someone sends you a .viframe file, you may load this in VE Pro. What kind of project are you referring to?

     You can't play the project using samples from the cube. However, if you know what patches were used, you could spend time converting the project.

    Why not?

    i´m reffering to a SE Projekt loading into VEPRO.

    I bought all those samples and now I have to convert the whole project manually? that can´t be true, please.

    I don´t wanna waste time converting!!!!

    It´s the same samples with different Matrixes and Keysswitches, isn´t it???

    I don't think it's a matter of the same samples its a matter of file paths.  If you're loading a project made with SE then it's looking for the SE file extensions not file extensions coming from the cube or the larger DVD collections.

    Oliver,

    please think this through again. There are less velocity layers and less samples (whole-tone mapping) in the Special Edition, to pack more instruments into it. The names of the patches were changed, so that they are not confused with the patches in the "big" DVD Collections (after all, they are partly different and therefore your SE arrangement WILL sound different with the patches from the "big" DVD Collections).

    We are dealing with sample production for more than 9 years now and like to think that we know what we´re doing [;)]
