    i am attempting to install my vienna instruments on my new computer and in order to do so, i need a new authorization code, for the same serial numbers that my software came with. when i punch in the serials, it just tells me that they've already been registered. eLicenser control center needs the code to run install properly. please help!

    Hi paboblaustein,

    your licenses should be on your ViennaKeys already, you donĀ“t need to download them again.

    Make sure that you are using the latest eLicenser Control Center and it should work. Unfortunately I cannot check your keys at this very moment, but I hope that works for you.

    Hi pabloblaustein,

    I just checked your keys - the licenses to your SE Bundle Full Library and the Vienna Suite were successfully downloaded to your First ViennaKey and the licenses to your SE Bundle Standard Library safely reside on your second key, the one you labelled "VSL second system", since Oct 8 2009.

    This is why eLCC prompts you that the Activation Codes were already used!

    Btw., you donĀ“t have to run a complete reinstall of the SE Bundle on your second computer - simply copy the sample files from your old system, install the latest versions of both our software and the eLCC, assign the folders containing the .dat files in Directory Manager and make sure the proper ViennaKey is connected.
