    Hi there! Yesterday I've installed on a Quad 9450 PC the Special Edition and the Special Edition Plus. Did some check and seemed all right. Today if I open the Vienna Instrument (latest release) I don't see any of the preset except the 99 release preset! Using the directory manager didn't help: I have the feeling that is not really rescanning when I ask... I'm thinking of a corrupted files during the installation, but before spending so much time trying to reinstall, I'd like to ask for your help... Thank you so much, ciao!

    Hi and welcome Daghe11,

    please try the following:

    First of all, make sure you are using the latest eLCC software and VSL Software.

    Then launch your Directory Manager, remove all folders and add the right folders again via drag and drop from your Finder/Eplorer).

    This should show the Sample Content in your Vienna instruments just fine.
