    Is it possible that VE PRO loads in 32 bit mode when it is used on a slave computer connected via midi and not ethernet?

    Can VE PRO respond to multiple instances of active VE PRO(s)  from Sibelius when connected via ethernet cable?

    I am not sure if I understand your question, basically Vienna Ensemble PRO works fine as a plug-in with Sibelius.

    Thank you for your reply Maya. 

    You refer to using the Vienna Ensemble PRO server to choose 32 bit or 64 bit but the way I am using VE PRO at the moment is not through a network (I am using midi cables) so I don't open Vienna Ensemble PRO server at all. I am using it like the old Vienna Ensemble 2 - the question is, does it open in 32 bit when used in this fashion?
