  • Logic 9.1 and 64-bit VE Pro

Among the update features, Apple mentions:

    "Support for 64-bit native mode"

"Compatibility with 64-bit Audio Unit plug-ins"

I'd value any explanations from VSL technicians or user experiences as to what this means for VE Pro 4.0 users on Macs with Snow Leopard.

  • ditto

  • Or perhaps just a 64bit version of the VSL plug in? Now that Logic can address as much RAM as it wants we no longer need the backend server system that the current 32bit VSL plug uses!

    GOOD TIMES!

  • Reading notes it is said :

Apparently it's the Performance Tool for the dinosaur products. There is another thread about this somewhere on the forum.
