    Dear friends,

    On the following link http://vsl.co.at/en/211/497/1685/1693/1342.htm there is this paragraph:


    "Vienna Ensemble PRO is a free upgrade for users of Vienna Ensemble 3. If you’re a user of Vienna Ensemble 3 you don’t need to download a new license, just log on to the User Area and download the software right away!"


    I don't see any such (pro) download available, and I am a VE user.


    Please clarify.

    If you are logged into the VSL site and have a VE 3 license, it should be available for download at the VE Pro user area.

    unfortunatel a quick look into your registered products shows you have only the Special Edition - maybe VE3 is registered to another account?

    i notice one which could be also belong to you - please write to VSL supportwith some information (eg. product serials) that would allow to merge both accounts.
