BTW I think the instance was Multi Out, not just stereo. Validating again did not fix it. Logic 9.1 says:
Logic Pro: Plug-in "Vienna Ense" of type 0 - 32 not available!
Gets me thinking, maybe I messed with the audio outs. But changing audio to 32 made no difference. I did cycle the server and Logic. And tried validating again.
