    Since I cant get a response via email I installed the demo on my mac system with elicenser. 1. I want to install on my windows 7 system to test how the mac and pc interact. Will the demo allow this? Do I only have to install the windows demo or do I need an additional elicenser on my windows machine? 2. How will it work if I want to sequence with windows only plugins on my mac/ logic system? For instance multichannel Emulator X3 or other windows only softsynths? 3. Also how do I fully uninstall vienna and reinstall? Thanks, DR

    I answered your support request in Case 53818 on March 3 - please find below a copy of the message in case it has not reached you:

     

    "Hi David,

    The Connector plugin itself does not require a license, so you can simply install the Demo, along with the eLCC, on your PC, connect the eLicenser to the Windows machine and connect the two computers to build a network in order to test this configuration.

    Please run the Vienna Ensemble Pro Uninstaller to uninstall VE Pro from your computer!

    We do not have any experience with Emulator X here, but it seems that it is a Software sampler, which is not VST compatible. This is why you cannot insert it in Vienna Ensemble Pro!

    Thanks for your reply. Emulator X3 is a VST now and works fine in Kore 2.
