It should be just as easy to compliment as to complain, so I take this opportunity to thank the immediate response of VSL's support service in helping me recover some of the losses I experienced while moving cross-country. (see A New Twist? post) Without fanfare, they gave me more than one way to recover my lost disks with no hassles, contempt or derisive comments. In fact, they were quick and pleasant to deal with. My sincere thanks to VSL's support team. They gave me a second good reason to have no regrets in purchasing the first two products which are excellent for my use.
