crash on disconnect with build 5436/Cubase 5.1.1

Today  I have had several crashes on disconnecting  a metaframe on slave PC. It just hangs on the disconnect button and Cubase freezes. Decouple is on.

do you want to give us some more information? Was it always the same project? What was the sample load? I asssume that Kontakt was involved (because of "decouple")? How many instances in the metaframe? 32 bit/64 bit servers? Both servers?

It was crashing on the connection to the Laptop slave which is currently 32bit so this particular connection was 64bit to 32bit the other is 64to64 which disconnected O.K. There was 3GB to spare on the host and approx 512MB on the laptop slave. The disconnect button stayed highlighted but was 'stuck' and Cubase had to be force shut.

1.Cubase 5.1.1 64bit on win764bit pro

2.Ensemble Pro VST2 64bit (don't use the VST3 version due to bank changes not being suppported)

3. Slave 32bit on winXp32bit

I will try and have another look at that project during the week, It was the only one I have encountered this issue on.

Have not had any more crashes apart form this one project. Luckily I don't have to do Disconnect very often now due to finding a practical workaround for some issues with cubase/E3pro/kontakt.
