    Hello,

    A piano comparison is being done over at the v.i. control forum (http://vi-control.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=16200). The pianos being tested are the following ones:

    • the Fazioli Italian Grand
    • the Alicia Keys Piano
    • the Steinway Vintage D
    • the BlĂĽthner Digital One

    Alas, the Vienna Imperial is missing. It would be quite nice to also have the VSL offering in there!

    So, if a user is willing to PM me, I’ll send him the midi file. It should not take more than 5 min to render the sequence, as no tweaking is being done on the file. It’s just a drag’n drop in your sequencer. Also, no reverb should be added, as OB.one, the original poster, will add himself the same reverb to your 2 min 24bit file.

    This “test” is not made to elect a winner or say “this is the best piano”, but rather to show the different sonic qualities of these wonderful virtual instruments.
