    Hi Since I've installed the latest VI version 2.1 build 5740, the VE is staying on "scanning licenses". I'm using the free version (2.0.4017). My config is Mac Pro 2008, 10Go RAM, 10.6.4, latest Elicenser driver. Thanks

    Dear herrmann,

    thanks for reporting. It would be very useful if you could provide the following additional information and files:

    1) <System Profile>

    - select "About this Mac" from your Apple Menu and click on "More Info..." to open the System Profiler
    - when everything is loaded, please save the profile through File/Save as.

    Please send us also screenshots of the error messages that show up (if any), then "stuff" or "zip" the files and send them to support.

    I have the same problem on my MBP 2.4G Core2Dou, OSX 10.5.8.

    I have have sent a separate email to VSL support with the requested information for my system as well.

    I hope this can be fixed soon.
