  • VE Pro Scanning content files

    ...How many of you experience the "scanning content files" message to freeze the app, needing a force-quit, a reboot, or even hard reboot?

    Sometimes even a reboot doesn't fix it!

    I've demo'd the software the past month. Now my demo license is over and STILL I can not decide whether to buy or not. (My first demo license didn't work at all!)

    Seriously, 8 out of 10 times the 32-bit server app just freezes at startup. I have a very clean system and only the Special edition on my drive. Is it me or what?

    Are you talking about VE Pro? If so, i think that I read that there is a new version in the works that should help with this problem.

    yeah VE Pro.

    Odd how it's so flaky on my system, where the other VSL product I have is so rocksolid! (Talking Vienna instruments)

    Odd +1 how the Vienna crew doesn't seem to want to step in and respond.

  • Finally found where to add a signature, so there it is.

    By the way: 48GB ram?? Woah!

    I have a couple other libraries in the same folder as my VSL SE library. Should I not do that?

    It's too late for VE Pro now anyway since my demo ran out, but just asking.
