VSL says that version 6.0.2.7934 or higher of the elicenser is required to run the VI Pro demo license but I can't find anything higher than Version: 6.0.2.7034 on their site. I am getting constant prompts that "one connected elicenses cannot be used with the installed version of eLicenser control." How can I get the latest version of the eLicenser control?

I got the same error message (v6.0.2.7034) and thought that my VSL key was full - though this happened AFTER I installed VI Pro and only when I tried to get the Flugelhorn licence. I have another key from a Korg product and the licence did work there - maybe we've both maxed out our VSL keys?

Maxed out? I just have Woodwinds I on the key and now VI Pro. VSL needs to explain the big gap between the version they name and what's available at the eLicense site. Maybe this is also why VI Pro doesn't see any of my custom presets or matrixes?

sorry, sorry, sorry ... this is obviously just a typo ... should read 6.0.2.7034 ... will be fixed immediately
and remember: a CRAY is the only computer that runs an endless loop in just four hours ...

Hi guys, it´s great that you find every little typo in our documentation so quick dpcon wrote:Maybe this is also why VI Pro doesn't see any of my custom presets or matrixes? VI PRO has a fixed Custom Data Folder, as described in the (new) downloadable VI PRO manual, with screenshots of the locations. Simply copy your customized presets there. Best, Paul

Thanks cm! I figured it was something like that. Even so I am getting that prompt all the time so I will report back. Paul, you are saying that if I copy everything to this new location then the Older VI player will still see them there as well? will give it a try. Thanks you guys and congratulations to the VSL team on an incredible achievement with VI Pro! Dave

What page of the manual Paul does it show as you said "screenshots of the locations. Simply copy your customized presets there."? EDIT: PAGE 5!

Dear Vienna Team, Please fix this for Mac OS! The proper place for such user data is in the user/library/application support folder. Cheers, Tom
