  • Is it this simple?

    My new MacPro arrived.

However, I seem to have lost the Time Machine backup of my previous machine. (I DO have all of my virtual instruments including Symphonic Cube which will be installed on a Raid 0 array).

Is it a simple matter of installing  the free versions of Vienna Instrument and Vienna Ensemble or ???

    Thanks

    Hi,

this is what you need on your new computer:

    1) the latest eLCC software

    2) the latest VSL software (in your case, VI and VE, I´d probably check out VI PRO and Vienna Suite with a free demo license)

    3) Your Sample Content (you can simply copy that from your old machine). Alternatively, you can install them again from your DVD´s (takes longer).

    4) Open the Directory Manager and assign the sample content folders by drag and drop.

    5) In case you haven´t done so yet, run the Library Updates (drag on top of the Directory Manager).

Make sure your ViennaKey is connected.

    Enjoy your new computer [H]

    Best,

    Paul
