    Hello,

       I would like to know if there's a way to switch from standard Vienna Instrument to Pro in the MIR.

    I ask because I would like to modify the software for some instruments in Herb's orchestra presets.

    There's a dedicated command in the File-menu to convert an existing Project to VI Pro during opening. It's explained on p. 26 of the MIR manual.

    No, you will need a valid VI Pro License on your dongle.
