  • 4.1.7846 Could not create plugin Synthogy | Ivory. (Ivory II)

I've never tried to host Ivory in VE Pro prior to 4.1.7846, but thought I'd give it a go to try and get all my VIs out of Pro Tools. Ivory II (2.01) wouldn't instantiate as an AU in a 32-bit instance and produced the error "Could not create plugin Synthogy | Ivory." Am I missing something peculiar to Ivory, not found in Kontakt 4.2, Omnisphere, Trillian, Massive, Reaktor and Battery, which all load find in VE Pro?

    Thanks

    Kevin

  • Investigated this further with Synthogy (Ivory). Ivory will run in standalone mode, and as it is using the AU plugin to run in standalone, this is obviously verifying that everything is good. Attempting to instantiate in VEPro gives me an error, which points me to some troubleshooting I need to do in VEPro.

    Thoughts anyone? Thanks.

  • i have the same problems...

  • It works with MirPro, which includes VePro, proviso you put a 64bits dll file of Ivory.
