    I went to the eLC website to download the programme for Mac, but the thing is after I download it and I type "eLicenser" nothing shows up! I've tried to figure it out sooo many times already, and it's stressing me out. I tried to download the most recent update, as well as trying a previous version and neither of them work! Also, my Mac isn't recognising my eLicenser USB. HELP!!!

    Hi lwdixon, 

    Please tell us a bit more about your OS and computer. Are you sure you are downloading and installing the right program?

    May I ask, how you can tell, if the eLicenser Control Center doesn´t open? Did you try with different USB ports?
