    I just ordered and downloaded the full Lithophone library.  I used the new download manager to install.  Everything looks fine.  It took the license key in e-licenser, it is registered on my web page, the files are in a folder in the same place as all my other VSL libraries, but when I open VI Pro either as a plug-in or as stand alone, the Lithophone does not appear on the list.

    Did you "tell" VI pro where to look for these files? You will need the VSL Directory Manager for this.

    Hi,

    Actually, all content files are automatically added to the Directory Manager with the installation.

    Did you update your eLCC software and VSL Software? New products need the latest updates.

    The new download manager does it all in one step.  It downloads, installs, registers with the website and tell the software the path to the library.  Ah well, you still have to run e-licenser, so two steps.  I was only one version behind with the software, but upgrading VI Pro did fix the issue. It appeared, albeit not under matrix, but under presets.  Thank you.
