    I ordered a new USB dongle through ViennaKey http://www.bestservice.de/.
    I have seen that are no available "180 starts" for VSL products.

    Too bad, sometimes I used L2 samples of Special Edition.

    I have to consider a technical problem?

    Hello Elia,

    You're right, new ViennaKeys don't include a 180 starts demo license any more.

    Unfortunately, we had to notice that this demo license has been misused quite often by some customers, that's why we decided to provide a demo license upon request only in the future, for new customers.

    You may not be aware of this, but you're not allowed to use the samples of the Special Edition Extended Library (L2 samples) in you every day work, if you haven't purchased the permanent license for this product. The demo license is meant to enable you to test-drive the Extended Library (or other unregistered products), not to permanently use the Extended Library samples for free.

    This updated information regarding the availability of a demo license is also reflected on the ViennaKey product webpage.
    New users can request a demo license after having registered their ViennaKey (or other USB eLicenser) in our User Area and contact .

    As you seem to be using the Special Edition Extended Library (L2 samples) regularly in your projects, please play fair and purchase the license for the samples.
