    Hello, I'm having trouble trying to (re-)register VSL. I have a Vienna Special Edition pack that I purchased a couple of months ago. Recently I changed computer. I'm trying to " unregister " the old mac and re-register with this one. But it won't let me. When I type in the registration key it says it's already used ( of course by my old computer ). How can't I change that ? I'm starting some sessions in a few days and I really need it working… :S Thank you, Rick Elmos MacBook PRO, 2.7 Ghz Intel Core i7, 8 GB 1333 Mhz DDR3 Running on Mac OS X Leopard Protools 8, Logic 9.

    Hello RickElmo,

    Welcome to our forum!

    If you want to use your Vienna Special Edition on another computer, you don't have to use the activate code again - that's actually not possible too, as you noticed. Instead, simply take the key that holds the license for your Vienna Special Edition to the computer you want to work on. After installation of our Vienna Instruments software and eLicenser Control Center (and the sample content, of course), you'll be ready to start right away.
