    Hey what is the main difference, of the special editions, aka download. And the dvd instruments collections.

    Hi, 

    No difference in content, it´s just that the Download SE Collections are split into multiple licenses, and therefore mor expensive (we also have to pay a license fee). 

    One important rule: You cannot mix SE DVD products and SE Download products!

    So if i own se strings extendet. There is nothing gained, from getting the dvds. The strings are the next part, of my opgrade plan.

    Hi obiwandk, 

    That is correct. But also if you get the SE Standard or Extended Library, you will have to pay the full price, as you cannot mix Download and DVD products. They work with different licenses.  So it´s either-or.

    Yes, definitely the "normal" Special Edition before, the "PLUS" is an addition (as the name should imply).
