    I'm trying out MIR Pro demo now and am very impressed with the sound! While it is very easy to position different instruments freely on stage I was wondering if there are any preset positions setups available or am I missing some button somewhere? You know, just to get some rough idea how the instruments would be positioned in real world situation.

    Hi Stakula,

    you said it yourself - positioning is _so_ easy with MIRPro (actually it's the fun-part of the creative process ;-) ...) that we have created just a few exemplary full-orchestra presets. Like announced in another thread just recently, "Herb's Teldex Presets" will be available next week: -> http://community.vsl.co.at/forums/t/30403.aspx

    In addition to that, there will be a considerable number of  "Venue Presets" (a.k.a. "Starting Points" in legacy Vienna MIR) for all RoomPacks. I'm adapting these basic templates for MIR Pro right now. But these are mostly "empty halls", so to speak, with manually optimized Main Microphone formats, Room EQs and so on.
