    Hi I received my ViennaKey but I have problem! eLicenser Control Center does not show my ViennaKey and I can not see the serial number. I can see ViennaKey only as an external drive. I installed last update eLicenser Control -Version: 6.3.4.2084 Plees help! Software Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2 Processor 2 x 2.66 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon

    I have the same issue. Updated to Lion and key  install new elicenser control and no info shows. Have the usb plugged in the back of the imac.

    Dari has already contacted me via , so we´re working on a solution. 

    CplusE, that sounds like the key has worked just fine before. Did you udpdate all software (eLCC and VSL software), and did you try to move the key to another USB port yet? Sounds stupid, but sometimes a restart is also quite helpful....
