    Hi everybody,

    I'm wondering what the best worklow would be to record my music in Logic Pro in combination with the VI Pro.

    Usually I pick some articulations of one instrument, e.g. Violins and create some cells with staccato, legato, pizzicato etc.

    Then I start recording, using the modwheel (which triggers vfx and expression) and when I'm finished I add the keyswitches for the several articulations manually in the list editor or the piano roll.

    I'm not quite sure, if the combination of vfx and the expression is a good idea. How about the volume (CC7)? Is this really the best combination?

    Any ideas? I would really appreciate if you could tell me, how you work, and what turned out to be the best combination for you.
