i can't download the RoomPack

I just purchased the MIR pro and VE pro5,But I downloaded the RoomPacks only 0KB and Showing 0 servers online，Please help me（I am in China, because of my speed slow it?），Or tell me there are other ways to get it?

Have you followed the instructions for using the Download Manager?

 When I click the d/l file, I get 2 servers online. Is your Internet connection active on the computer you are downloading onto? Have you got some sort of Firewall that is blocking the connection?
