Hello,
I set up a workaround for the the slightly detuned Vienna Imperial's pedal-down F5-note.
This workaround is designed for Logic; it operates in real time and requires no editing of the recorded midi-track, given that you use two instances of the Vienna Imperial (one for the "regular" notes, one for the pedal-down-F5).

I created and tested that workaround on Logic Windows 5.5.1., so it should work on PCs and Macs (on Mac computers use "File > import..." to open the file).
What you have to do is:
1) Open your project song file
2) Open an environment window & import the environment "Vna Imperial" from the song file "F5-workaround"
3) In the Arrange window, choose "V. Imperial: No driver" as your instrument (and make sure that "midi-out" for that instrument is set to "no driver")
4) Now, depending on whether you run your Vienna Imperial ...
a) ... within Logic:
- Open an audio window and insert two Vienna Imperial instances
- Additionally, open an environment window, choose the environment "Vna Imperial" and connect the red instrument icons "to Audio: V. Imp. regular" and "to Audio: V Imp. F5 fine-tuned" via Logic's virtual midi cables with the two Vienna Imperial instances.
b) ... in another host-application:
- Insert two Vienna Imperial instances within your host-software.
- Within Logic, open an environment window, choose the environment "Vna Imperial" and set the drivers of the red instrument icons "to Audio: V. Imp. regular" and "to Audio: V Imp. F5 fine-tuned" to the appropriate Midi ports and channels of your Vienna Imperial instances.
5) Re-tune the Vienna Imperial instance for the pedal-down F5-note to your desire (pressing and releasing the pedal will switch between the two different F5's).
6) finally: Give some feedback [:|]
