Greetings All,
I would very much like to explore the 'Decision Day' demo, but the sounds don't seem to be loading. I have all the software/instruments I believe and am using Logic. Any advice wold be greatly appreciated.

Hi Peter, I have checked your registrations, you have "only" registered the Standard Libraries of your collections so far. Just sent you the activation codes for the demo licenses of all Extended Libraries.
These demo licenses work for 30 days/30 starts.
Once the 30 starts are used up, you can recharge them as often as you like by clicking "Maintenance" in the eLicenser Control Center (within 30 days).

Hi Peter, "not working"... hm. Did you download the demo licenses onto your key? Does the song load? Are you using all the latest software? => eLCC and VSL Software. You can also contact me at  , best with a few screenshots! Best, Paul Paul Kopf

Hello Paul,
I've downloaded all the licenses to the key. The song opens fine, but the sounds aren't loading. In the Ensemble window the midi signal lights are flashing but no metering which tells me the sounds aren't loaded. The other Demos work fine, 'Hannibal's Elephants' etc... I have the latest eLCC and Ensemble, not sure how new my Vienna Instruments and Vienna Instruments Pro are though. How do I update those? Is that necessary? Thanks you.

Hello Peter, It´s always a good idea to work with the latest software! => eLCC => all VSL Software Simply download and install. Best, Paul Paul Kopf

That did it. It seems my Vienna Inst. and Vienna Inst. Pro were out of date. Thanks again for the help, really appreciate it.
