Detaching various windows

Made the mistake of hitting the 'Detach' button (the tiny double square) in the upper right hand corner of VEP 5. Now my instrument window is a separate window from the rest and sits 'in front' of everything else. How do you re-attach the window back? The manual tells you how to detach but not how to 're-attach'

Double click the title bar of the undocked window to dock it again.
