If I hear Clicks/pops, which part is wrong?

If I hear Clicks/Pops, which part could be wrong? CPU overload? Memory not enough? Why in Logic's cpu meter I see one core is near the top while others are resting?

That is a matter of CPU. as per Logic, that's a known Logic issue.
