[SOLVED] "No MIDI devices are configured"

When I launch Vienna Ensemble Pro 5 I get the message "No MIDI devices are configured. Please review audio/MIDI preferences".
I can't get any sound. What should I do?
It has worked before.
I use Mac OS X 10.6.8 and Vienna Ensemble Pro 5.0.10738 (64-bit)
*** I found the mistake I hade made. I had lauched the Vienna Ensemble, not the server.
