    Hello!

    When activating any Vienna Suite 64-bit plugin in Nuendo 5.5.3, audio is muted and there's no other way to get it back than restarting Nuendo. This happens randomly, many times a day and a lot of time is wasted when all samples, etc. need to be loaded again. Highly annoying too, during creative bursts, like just a minute ago.

    I posted about this sometime ago in Nuendo forum and Dietz told me that Vienna Suite team has been informed. Have you found out how to replicate the problem and is there someway around it?

    Hi Stakula,

    That issue is fixed in the latest beta builds, AFAICS. A new official release of VS should be available soon. Like always, it will be announced on the front page of the VSL website as well as in a VSL Newsletter.

     What is the Vienna Suite software build-number you're using at the moment? And do I assume correctly that you're on Mac, aren't you?

    I'm using Macbook Pro on Windows7 64bit, Vienna Suite build 1.3.1601, Nuendo 5.5.3. Sometimes with internal sound card, sometimes through RME Fireface, but it makes no difference. Audio gets muted when activating new Vienna Suite plugin, but not always. Only way to get audio back is to launch Nuendo all over again which can be slow depending on samples, etc. Hard to recreate the problem exactly, but it is certainly there!

    a new update to Vienna Suite, fixing these issues, is currently in QA. I expect it to be released within a few days.
