    I have the First Ed. and was wondering if VSL has any plans of releasing a Dulcimer? As far as I know there is no sampled Dulcimer... is there?

    Wouldn't you be able to find that in some Celtic collection?

    Most of the Celtic libraries Ive heard (and Ive gone through three of them) are virtually useless.
    A four or five layered hammered dulcimer would be a beautiful thing.

    Hmmm . . . which ones have you tried? Can anybody recommend any good ones? What about the one over at East West?

    I actually just heard that "Rare Instruments 2" will havea hammered dulcimer called a 'Santoor'. The new instument list looks amazing, and looks like it will be THE top ethnic library... until ofcourse VSL releases an ethnic library[:)]
