Vienna Ensemble Pro 4 three licenses?

When I bought VE Pro 4 a little while back, I thought it came with 3 licenses, right? I've already used 2 of them but I cannot find the email where the third license code is...Are there only 2 that came with VE Pro 4? And how can I go about finding these?

Hi erichall, 

I have checked your account, this is the situation:

So far, you have registered 2 serial numbers for VE PRO 4. A third serial number is in your product box (or on the serial number certificate you received, if you bought the online product). Only you know this serial number 

=> Register this serial number in your USER AREA. 

=> We will send the activation code to download your license right away. 

Once the license for VE PRO 4 is on your eLicenser, you can upgrade to VE PRO 5 with the activation codes you received via mail upon your VE PRO 5 upgrade purchase.
