     There is no uninstall icon and reinstalling Ensemble Pro 5 didn't do it.  I'm running the Windows version 7 64 bit.

    I don't think you can uninstall MIR, as it is part of Ensemble Pro 5.

    Perhaps if you unlicensed MIR, it would no longer work.

    That's exactly how to uninstall it:  delete the license from your eLicenser or equivalent.  Seems a bit heavy handed though...

    So does it simply no longer appear within VEP 5???

    Yes.  Without the license key the opening splash for VE Pro 5 says "ready for Vienna MIR Pro".  Also note that the install executables for VE Pro 5 and MIR Pro have the same size, date and build number.
