Hi, I changed to another mac and now I want to download the performance tool ,but somehow my product is already registered and now I can't get to download the performance tool.....Any help?

Hi Stefan, I thought I registered my Opus 1 in the past,long ago. When trying to register now ,which is necessary for seeing the downloadable performance tool, i get a message saying the registration number is alreay taken ,or somthing like that........so I can't get to the performance tool.

Well, Nobody here for a solution , some service i must say.The situation has changed so I don't need it anymore, still weard support...........

Unfortunately, I am unable to find a product registration under your name or email address.
Could you please either tell me the email address you initially registered your Opus 1 with us or else, would you please send me the serial number, so I can look up your account?

Hi Marnix, Pressing contact behind your reply in this forum for a private message/email doesn't do anything with Safari or Firefox and I better not put my serial no here in the forum. So could you send my an e-mail to and I'll return you an e-mail with my serial no. IIt's some years ago , I suppoose I registered with my current e-mail adress .
