Dear VSL team,
I have a problem with VE PRO 5, I hope you can help me.
My setup is one i7 main pc (RAM 24GB) and one i7 slave (RAM 24GB), Win7 as OS and Cubase 6.0.6.
I have been working since last winter connecting the two machines via VE PRO 5 server mode.
I don't remember which VE PRO 5 version I had been running on, but I recently updated to the latest build and the setup became extremely unstable, most of the time the host not seeing the slave computer instance or loading samples twice, causing the slave to go over the available memory and crash. Is it something related to what SP1 version is installed maybe?
Unfortunately, I don't have a backup file of the version I was using.
Since I have deadlines fastly approaching, I have two questions:
- could you send me a VE PRO patch that I can work on my system now?
- Could you also help me setup things smoothly with the new build?
