Phantom Note at beginning of piece, in percussion, Sibelius 6 and 7

Hi all, This has been a bit of a recurring problem for me over the years. Sometimes, Ill set up my environment/patches etc and its all perfect and stable. But when I hit play I get some phantom note or the garbled beginning of a note. It plays right on the first beat. Ive tried deleting and re-adding the track, checked for hidden MIDI commands etc. I just have no idea where its coming from. Most of the time I *think* its in the "percussion" patch in Special Edition, but Im not entirely sure. Has anyone else had this very odd issue?
