    Hi- I'm currently running very few libraries on my (late 2008) MacBook pro 10.6.8. Just Garritan Personal Orchestra and Kontakt 8 player right now. My DAW is Logic Pro. I'm trying to expand and have decided to purchase Vienna Ensemble Pro 5. I know that I need the Vienna Key in order to get started. I'm wondering if someone can tell me if my computer will be able to support Vienna.... OR if it's better (or even possible) to run it via my iomega external hard drive and use that as the slave. Thanks for the help! (: D

    You may be able to install and run it on the external drive, but your slave is meant to be a second Mac or PC.
