Tried to download Instruments Pro (and afterwords Mir : same problem). After adding it to the car, at check out time , I get the message : please add a product to your cart, and you're back to where you started. So, basically, you can`t get the demo. (I remember downloading a VEPro5 demo succesfully in the past, so maybe it's related to the products, or to the fact I now am a - logged-in - customer ???) FYI : downloading files in the user area is no problem

Hello Joh, I'm sorry to hear about this problem! To me, this sounds like a browser issue. Please try to empty the cache of your browser, and to delete all cookies from vsl.co.at in your browser. Alternatively, you can use another browser for your purchase, e.g., Firefox or Chrome. If the problem persists, we can process your order in our backoffice. In this case, please contact .
