    Hi, I've just upgraded from VEPro 4 to VEPro 5, which came with three activation codes to get three licenses for the VEPro 5 software. I've successfully upgraded the eLicenser that had my VEPro 4 licences, so it now has a VEPro 4, VEPro 5 and Vienna Instrument license bundle. I'm now trying to activate the 2nd and third licences onto separate eLicensers. I have 2 additional eLicensers available (one came with Cubase, another with Wavelab). However, when I paste in either of the extra activation codes into the eLicenser Control Center (V6.5.4.1120) it is looking to upgrade existing licences. These extra eLicensers do not currently have VEPro licences on them, and eLicense Control Center says that there is no license available to upgrade, and that I should connect a USB eLicenser that holds an appropriate upgradable license. But I didn't have extra licenses on other eLicensers with VEPro4. I only ever used one eLicenser. Now, I want to activate the two additional eLicensers, so I can run VEPro 5 on additional computers. Please help, I do not know how to resolve this. Am I missing something, I cxan't find any info in the FAQ or manual that explains how to do this.

    So I'm thinking that maybe I need to get VEPro 4 licenses onto these extra eLicensers, before I can use my new activation codes to get the VEPro 5 upgrades licenses onto them. First issue, I can't trace the email with extra licence activation codes fro VEPro 4. It's a while back since I bought that. The software registration part of the user area seems to be broken, it just takes me to the place where I can register eLicensers. It does not bring up, as I would expect, details of my VEPro 4 and VEPro 5 registrations. The instrument registration part of the user area correctly brings up my registration details for Epic Orchestra. Hopefully someone can help?

    Hi Hawkins,

    Indeed you have to download the licenses for Vienna Ensemble PRO 4 first to your extra eLicensers. I'll resend these activation codes to your registered email address in a few minutes.

    Afterwards please enter these Vienna Ensemble PRO 4 codes into your eLicenser Control Center as a first step for the license download, later you can apply the Vienna Ensemble PRO 5 upgrade codes. :-)

    I have same problem too.

    Please resend Vienna Ensemble PRO 4 activation codes to extra eLicenser.

    I just added an additional VEP slave to my rig and need to utilize my second VEPRO 5 upgrade activation code but when I log into my account I only see one activation code for VEPRO 4 so am not able to use the additional code. Would you be able to send me my additional VEPRO 4 codes via my registered email? Thanks for your help

    I have the Collection License - VE Pro 4, 5 and 6.

    I bought a 2nd Viennakey because  I need an extra VE Pro (6) license for a slave computer. When I entered all 3 of  the VE 4 activation numbers to the eLicenser, it all says "The activation code has been used already. An activation code can be used only once to download or upgrade a license."

    Please advice. Thanks!

    Hi Art, 

    I see that you have 1 VE PRO 4+5+6 license on one key, along with your Appassionata Strings and other collections. 

    This key also contains a VE PRO 4 license that you can upgrade to VE PRO 6.
