    I was about to purchase the new MIRx, but thought I'd better update VIP and the eLicenser to the latest version. Now when starting up PT's with VSL plugins I get an error, "the application eLicenser has caused the following error: An important service has become unresponsive. Please restart your computer to fix this problem. Visit www.elicenser.net to install the latest version if the problem consists",,, And then both programs quit?!! Any ideas? Thanks, Mike

    Solved! In looking into the 'Device Manager' at the eLicenser. I noticed that in the new drivers area, that there was a notice something like,,,"this device may be blocked because it (file or device??) has come from a different computer." There was a check box to unblock the device and apply, and in doing this,,, how about that, it now works! (The solo cello I'm using in a piece never sounded so good!). Hopefully this was the prob, I'll know for sure tomorrow when I work on it again. Thanks to anyone who might have scratched their head on this for me, Mike PS,, I believe this was do to the fact that I download all VSL files to a drive other than 'C'?? Not sure.
