    So I'm running VEPro and MIR pro on a PC with Sonar 8.5.3 64bit all the way.

    In Vienna Ensemble Pro: I merged three instances together (each containing 16 tracks of instrument matrix's) and now when a channel plays back, any channel that shares the same midi channel number seem to be echoing and playing back too in spite of them being assigned to different instances in the DAW.

    Now I thought that if, in my DAW, I assign each one a seperate synth plugin instance (One is Winds and Choirs containing 16 channels if MIDI, Brass and Percussion in another 16 channel setup, and Strings and pianos/celestas/vibs, etc in a third 16 MIDI channel instance).  If I assigned them by each instance name, then channels 1-16 they should all play back seperatly? 

    Am I missing something?
