    Suddenly, when I restarted my machine today, no information from the eLicenser key was possible to be read. There was a non-sensical error message "????". I have downloaded and installed the latest version of the software.

    Conveniently, the eLicenser web site does not list options to contact support.

    Can anyone please help?

    It seems to have rectified itself.

    Still, I find it scary, and I would like to know what that error code "????" means and how to avoid such things in future...

    Hello Crescendo, 

    This error code "???" shows up very rarely and is mostly resolved with a restart. 

    To be honest, I also have not managed to find out what it means, exactly, but to me it looks like the software itself is not sure what´s going on. 

    If it happens again, please contact us directly at , with screenshots and the details of your computer, software versions and OS.
