    Vienna Ins Pro 2 cant see any sounds....already rescanned folders...reinstalled VIP and even repaired permissions...still when I open stand alone...nothing shows up...and I can see the Drives that contain the libraries...what else can I do?

    I just downloaded and Special Edition volume 1 and I am having the same problem. I can see my licenses but it doesn't seem like the Vienna server can see the library directory. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. EDIT: After some more research I figured out that I had to assign the correct folders in the Directory Manager, which is located in the Vienna Instruments folder on your computer. However, there was no mention of the directory manager in the manual or the start-up tutorials.

    Hi,

    The fool-proof strategy is always to remove all folder links in the Directory Manager, then add all sample content again by drag and drop from your Finder/Explorer.

    When you run a Library Installer (also in the Download Manager), the location you choose is automatically added to the Directory Manager. Not sure what went wrong there, RiffRiffington, maybe you moved the data after installation?
