  • CC1 and sequencer mode?

    Hi,

I'm trying to create some new sequences in the VI Sequencer.

When I try to use the Cells tab to set note articulations, it only shows one row of articulations at a time. If I use the mod wheel (CC1) to show the next row, it also switches to the next sequence, so I can't see my work any more.

I know I can remap the row select from CC1, but that's the default and I depend on that in my projects. I have looked all over but cannot find where CC1 is also mapped to selecting the current sequence.

    Can anyone assist, please?

    Thanks,

    Jason

    Hi Jason,

That´s how the sequencer is organized, one sequence for each row.

You can check out the factory presets, that´s exactly how they are all organized. A right-click in the matrix takes you to the context menu with the option to "replicate rows".

The Video Tutorials for VI PRO should also help a lot with the sequencer!

    Does that help?

    Best,

    Paul

  • Yes, thank you. That helps. I now realize you only get one row of articulations per sequence.

    Thank you!
