OK, I bought Dimension Strings and have the violins, cellos, and violas. I see basses are out now but I did not receive an email with download instructions. I buy a lot of software so I don't remember the details of how this works, but when I log on to VSL it is not obvious to me what I am supposed to do. How do I get the basses?

Hi, This is the direct link to all Strings (Instrument Collections) Downloads. Make sure that you are logged in and follow the instructions on top of the page. More details and screenshots can be found in the Download Manager Manual on the same page! Best, Paul

The direct link worked--thanks. I logged in and went to my user area when I saw the announcement and could not find any download link. I went back and tried again after your first reply. I am not clear how to navigate to the download in my personal area, but since you sent the direct link, I am OK. I would be good to know for future downloads. Thanks again.

When you click the link in the User Area, you want to choose Open, not Save. The the download manager will take care of everything.

Click STRINGS 5. Done - now you will see everything you can download for STRINGS. You can repeat this for any other type of software/instrument you will ever need again that you own. Simply replace the steps above with exactly what you are looking for - Brass, Software etc. Maestro2be

Are the Dimension Basses actually released? I'm seeing a preview version in my user downloads, but not the full library? Jules
