Have to manually type my IP address every time to connect Slave PC

Just wondering if anyone else has this problem.In my vienna ensemble pro instance on my mac in Logic Pro X, my Slave PC doesn't show up as an available instance but if I type my PC IP address it connects and loads up a new vframe on the slave. I figure it might be something to do with my Windows 7 Ultimate settings. It would be great if I didn't have to type it in each time Cheers Simon

Couldnt figure it out unfortunately. I'm not sure whether I need a static IP or something along those lines. Still have to type it in every time.
