Latency Problems with VEPro and Protools

I'm experiencing significant latency problems using VEPro/MIR to host several instruments in Protools 10 sessions that also include audio tracks. What can I do to minimize or eliminate the latency? Thanks!

I have also Latency problem with Logic with a Midi instrument and VE PRO

If I play the same melody to a VE PRO/MIR instrument and to a Midi instrument the notes are not played toogether

Thanks in advance for a solution
