The most obvious differences apart from the GUI are an enhanced feature set (MIRacle is fully surround capable and offers advanced options to handle the reverb's stereo width) and a dedicated collection of presets which aren't available for Hybrid Reverb.
Sidenote: MIRacle can be used as a full-fledged algorithmic reverb plug-in since the introduction of MIR Pro's plug-in version!
