  • Are MIRacle and the algorithmic part of the Hybrid reverb essentially the same?

They look the same, have mainly the same presetes, and function the same. So, just curious, is MIRacle the algo part of Hybrid?

    Thanks!

  • Hi,

MIRacle is based on the algorithmic reverb used in Hybrid Reverb and also in VI/VI PRO. It has been optimized to fit the needs for MIR PRO.

Like Paul wrote: MIRacle is a further development of the algorithmic part of Vienna Suite's Hybrid Reverb. The most obvious differences apart from the GUI are an enhanced feature set (MIRacle is fully surround capable and offers advanced options to handle the reverb's stereo width) and a dedicated collection of presets which aren't available for Hybrid Reverb.

Sidenote: MIRacle can be used as a full-fledged algorithmic reverb plug-in since the introduction of MIR Pro's plug-in version!

    Kind regards,
